Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope and Compliance

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines guidelines for content, media uploads, and activities permitted on the Code Hush managed hosting platform. Compliance is mandatory for all active Client sites.

2. Prohibited Content Categories

You may not host, display, or upload any materials or media that:

  • Violate local, national, or international laws or trademark/patent regulations.
  • Infringe on intellectual property, copyright, or licensing parameters of third parties.
  • Promote, facilitate, or host illicit substances, weapons, or highly regulated catalogue items.
  • Host adult, sexually explicit, abusive, or threatening media configurations.
  • Contain viruses, trojan nodes, keyloggers, botnets, or malicious script blocks.

3. Network & Performance Misuse

To maintain the performance and security of shared platform servers, Clients may not utilize websites for spam distributions, bulk email mailers, cryptocurrency mining scripts, DDoS targets, or port scanning sweeps.

4. Enforcement & Actions

Code Hush reserves the right to audit hosted sites and file systems for AUP compliance. If a violation is discovered, we may immediately suspend active website access or platform hosting. In severe cases of illegal activity, Code Hush will report findings to appropriate legal desks.
