1. Platform Services & Access

Code Hush LLC provides a proprietary managed web software platform, backend database structures, and digital infrastructure services to businesses ("Clients"). Platform access and managed hosting are provided solely on a subscription basis under these Terms and the Client's Service Agreement.

2. User Account Security

Clients are provided administrative logins to a secure dashboard portal. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your access passwords. Any actions, modifications, or billing requests executed under your credentials will be deemed initiated directly by your company. Code Hush is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from Client credential compromises.

3. Acceptable Use Boundaries

You agree not to utilize the Code Hush platform, custom website, or hosting resources for any unlawful, copyright-violating, malicious, or abusive activities. All stored and uploaded files must comply strictly with our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Intellectual Property Division

Acknowledge and agree that all backend structures, proprietary frameworks, code compilations, dashboard portals, templates, and database schemas remain the sole intellectual property of Code Hush. Clients receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to host their website on our platform while their service subscription is in good standing.

5. Warranty Exclusions

Code Hush services are supplied on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" operational basis. We exclude all express or implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, uninterrupted uptime, or suitability for particular sales volumes.
